Top 10 prospects that will probably be available at 102 or 125 to the Dolphins.
Zyon McCollum
CB Sam Houston State
RAS 10 (perfect score)
Very few athletes score a perfect Relative Athletic Score. Although, I do not evaluate players on their athleticism, it is a good indicator when trying to project division 2 players. Zyon was nothing short of dominant at his level of competition. Exceptional man coverage, tenacious with length, elite lateral mobility, great ball skills, and fundamentally sound in press man. Scoring a perfect RAS only verified what I see as a special player regardless of athleticism.
Channing Tindall
LB Georgia
RAS 9.67
The unsung hero of the championship bulldog defense. I would argue that he is the most talented ILB on a roster with Nakobe Dean. Elite athlete that plays with absolutely no hesitation and rare speed. He would routinely beat everyone to the edge with both his athleticism and his read reaction time. Exceptional pass rusher and an advanced violent tackler.
Joshua Ezeuda
OT North Carolina
RAS 9.15
I love the way he moves laterally and his awareness to bounce from one responsibility to another. Would be a perfect fit in a zone scheme whether at guard or tackle. Watch out for this player he is being overlooked
Cam’Ron Harris
RB Miami
RAS Unknown
The most tragically dismissed RB in the draft. Just ask my brother, I love how Harris plays the RB position. One cut runner, tough to bring down, incredible break away speed, great blocker, patient runner, and a leader. At 5’10” 210lbs he recorded the fastest field speed in football in 2021, NOT COLLEGE FOOTBALL, in ALL OF FOOTBALL. Yes, faster than Tyreek Hill.
(23.07mph)
His injury has tanked his stock but he could possibly be the most gifted back in this draft.
Dominique Robinson
EDGE Miami Oh
RAS 9.39
I discovered this alien during the senior bowl. His explosiveness and balanced field movements is just different. Incredible bending, great use of his arms to swing, tireless in his pursuit, and just a huge pain in the ass to lumbering tackles. He rarely lost a drill in the Senior Bowl.
Zach Tom
OT Wake Forest
RAS 9.68
The man never gets beat inside and never gets beat outside, he has ELITE lateral movement. Incredible tactician that is always one step ahead of his matchup. His only weakness is he gets beat with power, he is tad undersized to play big boy football as a tackle.
Jeffrey Gunter
EDGE Coastal Carolina
RAS 9.73
Gunter is a blunt instrument of mass destruction. A straight up bully. A player that never takes a break and performs like a blunt instrument, a diesel engine. A 4th quarter defensive menace.
Matt Waletzko
OT North Dakota
RAS 9.9
At 6’8” 312 lbs, it is amazing how nimble he moves. A player with such unique metrics that even when he is out-leveraged he can simply use his size and length to compensate and over extend his opponent’s. Doesn’t retreat in pass rush situations, and has elite lateral mobility which results in a tackle that will NEVER be defeated with an outside pass rush. Only saw him play in the senior bowl, but his athletic profile is worth an investment.
