Considering that many of my proposals have been to promote league balance by carefully creating restrictions designed to limit player ownership. I felt that this proposal should be done to reward league performers with more rights to player retention. So I present The ManGold Coupons. The Coupons are self explanatory. KEEPER LIMITS STILL APPLY!
